I remember a poem that went something like this:
One day of Deer Season Last Year
And OCS coach did capture a deer. . . .
I do not remember the rest of this silly poem which was in reference to Tom Kizis.

I remember skipping home room and going to the donut shop and as we drove back into the parking lot at school there in the only vacant parking spot was Carl Brown, principal! We were quite happy to say we had gone for donuts just for him. Hey, it worked!

First Day of school in 7th grade (ugh!) having no idea where to look for my classes when out of the crowd of kids appears my big brother there to be my knight in shinning armor!

18th birthday; went to Boiceville Inn with my Mom. Now I love my Mom but on my 18th birthday I would have preferred to be with other 18 year olds. Went home with my Mom and THEN went out. Friends drove me home at some wee hour of the morning. School the next day and my Mom was not able to let me stay home or spend the day in the nurses office!
